TT-rss theme, final release (sort of)

Here is the CSS I previewed some weeks ago. It's still not really complete. It only covers "Combined feed display", as that is all I use. I also have no interest in writing flawless CSS, I am satisfied once it looks the way I want and if that means negative margins and lots of absolute positioning, so be it. :)

The selecttion-check-box, score, author and the publish button have all been hidden.

Final disclaimer: This is only tested with version <=1.7.5 of TT-rss and mostly on Firefox nightly. Your mileage may wary.
